Goodbyes are the hardest,
I watched as the bus drove away,
Carrying you in it,
My love, I wish you could stay.

Tears sprung out as I approached my room,
Opened my door to receive your hug,
Instead, I'm greeted by silence,
And you are not there.

I lay on my bed, more tears spill out,
For once you lay here and hugged me close as we talked,
I see your table under mine,
I miss the sight of you and your smile.

Tried to take a shower,
An immediate tear fall began,
For you once stood on the cold side,
We had our conversations as we showered.

You used my towel this morning,
I grabbed on to it as held it close,
Hoping to ease my mourning.

You boiled water for me,
We had our drinks for tea,
The handle I touched,
You were there just as much,

I miss your presence so much,
My room feels so neat and empty,
It's missing my soulmate,
My companion and our love.

It hurts so much yet I was so happy,
Love makes you feel high on drugs,
and at the same time,
It's despair will drag you down to the dumps.

30th of September. There's no one else I rather be with than that incredible man. He's such an amazing individual. He's doing so well. All by himself. He amazes me every single time. I'm lucky, blessed and honored because he's a fantastic lover too. My life will be complete when we tie the knot. I love him, with all my heart.

My Greatest Fear

What if the day comes,
When you don't seek me no more,

And I'm not who you call anymore.

What if sorrow hits,
And I'm not chosen to prevent your wilt,

What if one day you realise,
I'm not as important as before,

He rolled over crumpling his sheets, "Who's this?" he asked in a muffled voice.
"Baby, it's me. Hi hubby." I replied.
"Hi there wifey." He said, still in his adorable sleepy voice. "You're my wife", he added.
"Yes, I am. Do you want to marry me?" I asked him, a huge smile spread across my face thinking of his bed hair.
"Yes I do," a little pause, "You know you're the most important thing in my life." he said before completely falling asleep again.
When the person you love talks about you so lovingly albeit unconscious, you can't help but fall even more in love with them. Happy Valentine's Day.

But what you don't know is,
He showers me with love albeit this,
Teaches me to move on as he gives me a kiss.

"You're too young to be committed."
But what you don't see is,
The chemistry that sparks between us two,
Our bond so special I'll say I do.

"Cherish your friendship with others instead."
But what you don't comprehend is,
We're the best of friends the two of us,
A pair that strives to come in first.

"Come out of it child, be a free bird."
But what you don't understand is,
I'm contented and safe despite his absence,
I'm contented and safe due to his presence.
